Our History

Over 60 years of history…

— 1976 —

In 1976, the company MARE Industrial (Italian manufacturer of equipment for the ceramic industry) became the founder of one of the first joint American-Italian enterprises.

— 1981 —

Agreed the necessary project documentation for construction of the factory and the place of its location.

— 1989 —

Works on the planning of the territory were made, the foundations of production building was layed, construction of sewage treatment plants began.

— 1994 —

From the new plant pipeline went off the first batch of ceramic tiles under the trademark.

— 1997 —

The company began opening the first monobrand stores. That is how business started.

— 2000 —

The company became а part of a transnational holding company, the world's largest producer of ceramic tiles and sanitaryware.

— 2003 —

The production of the company has grown thanks to installing and runnning monoporoz lines.

— 2005 —

Construction and interior decoration of a new comfortable Office was completed, carried out landscaping.

— 2007 —

Due to the ever increasing volumes of sewage, treatment plants have been upgraded.

— 2009 —

Laying of engineering communications and railways to the company was made.

— 2012 —

Thanks to the launch of the second production line of decorative elements, their production was doubled and reached the target of 0.5 million sqm a year.

— 2014 —

The year was marked by the ability to manufacture tiles and decorative elements of digital quality.
